Someone has removed the back from this ex-military Austin K9 (probably a signal van) and fitted a twin winch Harvey Frost crane 
In the ownership of the Traveller Community this vehicle travelled around both the UK and Europe Seen at Gopsall Wharf ' in the early nineties.
