Make what you will of this strange beast seen by Dave Gothard at Shrewsbury Agricultural Showground during May 2008.
It seems to be made up using parts from an Airfield Control Vehicle, a Recovery Vehicle and someone's garden shed.
Note the interesting reversed (uses the tow jaw) lifting 'A' frame slung from the jib.
